Work With US

How To Get Started

The Process

1. Initial Contact:
We start by discussing the child’s needs with providers, parents, and carers to determine if our programmes are the right fit. Reach out at ronny@motionpotential.co.uk or via our contact form.

2. Provider Portal:
If we proceed, providers receive a portal passcode (link also in our website footer) to access our referral form and other key information.

3. Referral Form:
With parental consent, providers can complete our online referral form, gathering essential details to ensure a smooth process.

4. Programme Design Questionnaire:
Providers complete this brief questionnaire to help us map the child’s unique needs to our physical literacy curriculum.

5. Programme Creation:
Based on all the information provided to us—including the referral form, questionnaire, and our discussions with providers, parents, and carers—we collaboratively design a customised programme.

6. Programme Set-Up:
Once the programme is finalized, we register the child and ensure each provider has an active Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place.

7. Programme Launch:
With everything in ready, we launch the programme and begin this exciting journey together.

8. Progress Monitoring:
Providers can track attendance in real-time and view session logs documenting the child’s development.

9. Ongoing Support:
We’re always here for you, doing our best to respond to calls and emails by the end of each working day to ensure continuous support.

Locations

Instead of a single head office, we operate across various locations in Swindon, which benefits our students in the following ways:

  • Daily Life Integration: Activities in real-world settings help children develop coping skills and resilience.

  • Student Choice: Offering choices fosters autonomy and motivation which increases confidence and attendance.

  • Flexibility: Our model allows quick adjustments to meet individual needs with minimal disruption to the child or provider.

Costs

Our services are offered at £55.00 per hour (inclusive), for a minimum of 2 hours per week and for at least 8 weeks. This includes:

  • Bespoke programmes tailored to individual needs.

  • Delivery by experienced practitioners.

  • All agreed activity costs.

  • Flexible adjustments to activities and scheduling.

  • Live register access and session logs.

  • Ongoing development based on individual needs.

What Makes Us Different?

Our unique approach is rooted in our own neurodiversity, allowing us to understand the challenges first-hand and build immediate rapport with children and families. We bring extensive experience including roles within elite sporting environments and the alternative provision sector.
