Nurture needs. Watch Them Grow

BUILDING BLOCKS

  • The Programme

Building Blocks offers an adaptable entry point to help children become more physically active. Ideal for those who struggle with traditional P.E. sessions, this programme focuses on gradually progressing exercise through engaging, playful activities.

Building Blocks prioritises building trust, initiating healthy habits, and enhancing physical literacy through fun, games, and outdoor exploration.

  • The Benefits

This programme incorporates all four domains of physical literacy, fostering physical, psychological, social, and cognitive benefits to support the child’s overall development.

Our programmes are designed with these benefits in mind, applying creating positive outcomes tailored to each child’s needs. For a detailed summary of how exercise impacts children with ADHD and ASD, visit our homepage.

  • Bespoke Format

All programmes are designed with each child's unique needs in mind, based on information gathered during our referral process, including the child’s own views. By giving children choices, we immediately foster a sense of autonomy, control, and motivation.

Whether through traditional curriculum sports skills, visits to local activity centres, or playing frisbee in the park, our approach is flexible and imaginative. The key is to keep children active in ways that resonate with them, opening the door to a more active and enjoyable lifestyle.
